What we collect
Through the contact, search and brochure forms: your name, email address, phone number, language preference, housing wishes or search criteria and your message.
When you use the interactive map, our map provider processes your IP address. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, propose matching properties and send you requested information.
Only with your consent do we send email alerts about new matching properties; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to run the site and our services: our hosting partner (servers in the EU), our email provider, and Mapbox Inc. (US) for map display — which processes your IP address.
Only when necessary for your request (for example a villa booking enquiry) do we share relevant details with the partner involved.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact. After that it is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object. Email info@luxuryrealestate-ibiza.com; we respond within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD) or your local data protection authority.
Security
The connection to this website is encrypted (TLS). Access to your data is limited to those who need it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
